Kiyamah 1-On-1 Fitness class
The Kiyamah Fitness Class is a one-on-one* physical and mental training for 2 days a week for a period of 10 weeks. Young men and boys ages 8 to 24 are taken through various exercises designed to strengthen the body and discipline the mind.
Exercises include but are not limited to, push-ups, arm rotations, jumping jacks, jogging, set-ups, bar work (dips, pull-ups and climbing), squats, burpees, etc.
Medical conditions and disabilities are taken into consideration for all participants.
